5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated after the returned product passes quality inspection

If you purchased BaseCore products through Amazon, Flipkart, or other marketplaces, the return and refund process will be governed by the respective platform’s policies.
BaseCore will fully comply with platform guidelines.


7. Warranty-Related Issues

  • Warranty claims are not covered under return/refund unless stated otherwise
  • Warranty service includes repair or replacement as per warranty terms
  • Proof of purchase is mandatory

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipment
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
